Shaukhat Ali was born in Sittwe, Arakan State, Myanmar. He is the Executive Director of the American Rohingya Society. He resides in Milwaukee, United States. Shaukat Ali advocates for Rohingya rights and refugee welfare. He works on community development and humanitarian aid. A community centre has operated under his leadership for many years. His leadership emphasises unity and social integration. He has actively supported resettled Rohingya in the U.S. He remains a key voice for the Rohingya diaspora.
